Abstract

reported by many workers (Singh, 1992, 1994 & 1995; Patel et al., 1993). The two spotted mite (TSM), Tetranychus urticae Koch attacks wide range of agricultural and horticultural crops including several vegetable crops in India (Singh, 1994 & 1995). The losses reported in vegetable production vary from 2 to 35% in eastern part of the India due to mites (Singh, 1995).
